Quality & grading
The spec is the
product.
We don't sell 'fresh vegetables'. We sell a grade you can order, inspect and hold us to — documented from the farm to your dock.
Quality & grading
Order a grade,
not a gamble.
Every lot is graded against a published spec. Pick a grade to see what it means — and the passport that ships with it.

QC process
Seven checks, every lot.
Inbound inspection
Every intake lot is checked at the pack-house against the crop spec before it is accepted.
Sampling protocol
Statistically sampled units are measured for size, colour, firmness and blemish.
Grading line
Produce is sorted into TriDESI A+, A and B against published thresholds.
Grade-wise packing
Each grade is packed to its own format and labelled with a lot ID.
Cold-chain handover
Lots move into temperature-controlled handling immediately after packing.
Pre-dispatch check
A final check confirms grade, count and temperature before the lot leaves.
Delivery documentation
A delivery docket carries the full lot trace from origin FPO to your dock.
Standards & policy
What we put in writing.
Rejection & replacement
A lot that fails your spec at the dock is recorded against its lot ID and replaced. Our live supply has run zero quality rejections to date.
Traceability
Every lot carries an ID from origin FPO and district through grading, cold-chain and dispatch. The delivery docket records the full trace.
Cold-chain handling
Temperature-controlled from pack-house to delivery, held at the crop's target range. An unbroken cold lane, not opportunistic transport.
Food safety & hygiene
FSSAI-compliant handling and hygiene practices at the pack-house. Any further certification is in progress and will be listed only once held.
Lot passport
Every lot, fully documented.
The passport travels with the lot — origin, harvest, grade, QC checks, cold-chain status and dispatch. Traceable end to end.
